Good Workouts

So, I have good workout days and bad workout days. I'm sure some of you can relate. But my good workout days are always days where I have new tunes on my iPod...I'm serious. I guess the new music has a certain motivation factor because I have not listened to it 1000 times before! I can't listen to "slow" music when I'm working out b/c it's boring and causes me to think about how much longer I have left on the treadmill.

I have also discovered that a new workout outfit leads to a good workout day! Whatever it is that makes me have a good workout, I will most definitely try it because I seriously burn wayyyy more calories when that is the case.
